Kords for Kids is a group geared towards bringing light to those children who may have lost theirs somewhere along their challenging struggle through rehabilitation. As of now, Kords for Kids consists of only Shadyside Academy students, but hopes to reach out and include surrounding shool districts. 

    The group of volenteers travels to the Squirrel Hill Childrens Institue once a month, and spends an hour with many different, but equally amazing children. The group, led by Shadyside's own Andrew Lewis, Christian Petredis, Logan Handelsman, and Jesse Scalo proforms songs, listens to music, dances, and spends quality time with the children, all in an attempt to take the children's mind off of thier pain, and spark their creativity and imagination. Something that the amazing kids never come short of.
